The Initial Rewards’ Prize Site is a stand-alone microsite that allows your business to deliver rewards in real time with our proprietary gift code technology. The process is simple: customers login, choose their gift and enter their delivery details. Initial Rewards builds and hosts the site, manages the user journey and handles the complete end-to-end fulfilment of all rewards – leaving you to do what you do best – create loyal customers.
The Initial Rewards Loyalty store’s simple user interface allows players to quickly and easily spend their loyalty points on gadgets, prizes, cash/bonus, virtual rewards, experiences and on-property rewards as well as any other rewards our clients want to add to their store. The Basic service includes the Basic license of the platform, simple design and build of a web or mobile-responsive store and a module to allow your team to populate virtual or on-property rewards. The Basic service is available in English only.
The Advanced Loyalty Store service includes an enterprise license of the platform, custom design and build of a web, mobile-responsive store or a mobile (in-app) store, promotional functionality to allow for sales and promotions, the ability to add instant win games to your store (gamification), raffle functionality and a dedicated account manager to help you manage the daily success of your store. The Advanced service is available in multiple languages.
